My opinion:

Jessie Catering started business in 1998 and has experience in preparing barbecue food, hawker food, high tea buffet and home buffet. For this food review, I have tried their signature braised pork rice for dinner.

The owners were generous in awarding me soft and fluffy rice but not the braised pork. Pork meat was very rough and tough. Sauce was too watery to add any bonus points to the food's flavor or ratings. Their chili was sticky but not hot or spicy. Let's put in some bland tasting cabbages and a marinated egg, that would be $4.50, thank you very much!

In conclusion, the food here was poorly cooked and lacked essential ingredients. Therefore, my blog readers are strongly advised to visit other meat rice or roasted delicacy alternatives in the same food centre.
