My opinion:
This Albert Centre hawker stall specializes in traditional Singapore beverages. For this review, I have tasted their coffee for lunch.
Before I drink or consume food, the first thing I will do is to check the cleanliness of all my utensils. This stall has failed miserably on the hygiene section as I found a lot of black stains on my spoon. In terms of quality, this drink was bitter, mildly sweet and would taste significantly better if the owners were not so miserly with the milk ingredients.
To sum up, the coffee here was poorly prepared had several glaring errors that prevented me from visiting this stall in the near future. My blog readers are therefore advised to give this stall a miss and visit the numerous refreshment alternatives in the same food centre. If you really want to taste their drinks, remember to wash the spoons first before using them to stir the hot beverages.
Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:
First, thoroughly wash all the cups, saucers and spoons. Second, add more milk to the drinks. Third, attend some courses on basic manners.
