My opinion:
I remember House of Desserts among the stalls of Bedok Interchange Food Centre but it was closed down in 2013. Honestly, I am happy to find its new location at Albert Centre. The owners are still selling a wide range of hot desserts. For this food review, I decided to try out their mango pomelo sago for tea break (their only cold dessert).
The mango pomelo sago was not cold and the auntie even asked me to put it in my refrigerator (unprofessional). In terms of taste, it was mildly sweet, extremely watery, had few mango slices and totally devoid of pomelo goodness. Although there were a lot of sagos at the bottom of my plastic container, that was not enough to warrant another visit in 6 months' time.
Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:
First, ensure the cold desserts stay as cool as possible. Second, add more ingredients for all the cold and hot desserts.
