My opinion:

Leong Yeow Chicken Rice has been selling Hainanese chicken rice and roasted delicacies in Singapore since 1974. For this review, I decided to try out their hainanese chicken and char siew rice for lunch.

The rice was delicious and fragrant but not too oily or salty. The chicken meat had silky and tasty skin (not recommended to eat chicken skin for health reasons) but could be slightly tough at times. The char siew meat was too dry and lean. I recommend the owners add some gravy or sauce to the char siew. The chili was hot and spicy, perfect for rice meals.
