Environment: Clean but crowded hawker centre
Reputation: Traditional Singapore Beverages, Cut Fruits and Fruit Juices
Thoughts after eating: Cheap and shiok
Value for money: 87/100
Will I come back in 6 months' time? Yes
My opinion:
The Chinese name of this stall means "take more". The owners sell traditional Singapore beverages, cut fruits and fruit juices. For this food review, my mother and I have tasted their beetroot juice for lunch.
The drink was given to us in a medium sized plastic cup and only had a few ice cubes to keep it cool (not "watered down"). As we drank the beetroot juice, it was filled with beetroot goodness and had zero sweet syrup taste.
In conclusion, the fruit juices of this stall were cheap, detoxifying and healthy. For our blog readers who are suffering from high blood pressure (hypertension), this dark reddish beetroot juice is recommended by our website.
Please note:
Some foodies may find beetroot juice to be slightly pungent or awkward tasting. People who consumed this drink may find their "big business" (poop) and "yellow tea" (urine) to have a weird reddish color.
Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:
Reduce the amount of ice cubes in the fruit juices.
