My opinion:

This Albert Centre hawker stall sells traditional Singapore briyani, laksa and yong tau foo. For this food review, my mother and I have tasted their chicken briyani for lunch.

There were 1 chicken thigh, 2 walnuts, 3 raisins, 5 pineapple slices and moderate amount of rice in our food portion. Although chicken thigh was huge and came with silky smooth skin, the meat was a bit too dry and rough for our liking. Walnuts and raisins were too little to make a big difference to the food's flavor and did not mix well with the fluffy rice.

To sum up, the chicken briyani here was bland and expensive. If you really to buy something from this stall, my advice is go for their laksa but leave the rice meals alone.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Review the preparation process of the chicken thighs, add more walnuts and check the rice ingredients.
