My opinion:

Peng Huat Food stall sells traditional Singapore mixed vegetable rice and porridge. I have tried their rice meal for lunch. For this review, I chose chicken wings, egg with onions and pork bits as my food items.

All the food items were bland, cold and mild tasting. Chicken wings were juicy but not properly marinated. Pork bits were delicious and had a strong soy sauce taste. Rice was also too soft.

To sum up, the food here was cheap but average tasting. The male owner was extremely rude. He saw me standing in front of his stall but totally ignored me and continue doing his work. Therefore, my blog readers are strongly advised to visit better mixed vegetable rice alternatives in nearby coffee shops.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, the food items should be reheated once every two hours. Second, the owners can increase the amount of time used in marinating the meat items. Third, the preparation and production processes of the rice must be reviewed.
