My opinion:

Li Fa means "profits galore" in Chinese. This stall specializes in traditional Singapore fruit juices. What I liked about Li Fa was that the owners actually listed the type of fruit juices according to the needs of the customers' bodies (for example self treatment of cold, flu, diabetes, hypertension etc). For this food review, I decided to taste their apple ginger pineapple juice for body strengthening.

The drink was given to me a medium sized plastic cup with a few ice cubes to keep it cool. All 3 tastes of the drink (apple, ginger and pineapple) complimented each other well, instead of one being too dominant.

In a nutshell, the fruit juices of this stall were detoxifying, filled with fresh ingredients and not "watered down" by ice cubes or water. Honestly, Lee Huat would have gotten an endorsement from my website (at least a rating of 90/100) if not for the rude "bochup" behavior of the female owner.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Improve on your service and treat all customers with respect.
