My opinion:

Xin Ee Shui means "new idea drinks" in Chinese. This Tanglin Halt hawker stall sells traditional Singapore beverages including coffee, tea and lime juice. For this review, I have tasted their sugar cane juice for lunch.

The drink was juiced right in front of me, thus ensuring its freshness and quality. After waiting for less than 3 minutes, I was given the juice in a medium sized glass cup with only 2 ice cubes to keep it cool (not "watered down"). In terms of taste and quantity, the drink was healthy, rejuvenating, sweet, filled with sugar cane goodness and could last 2 minutes.

In conclusion, their sugar cane juice was addictive and skillfully prepared. If you are a foodie living or working in Singapore west, Xin Ee Shui Coffee Stall is strongly recommended by my website for its good quality refreshment products.
