My opinion:

This Tampines hawker stall serves one of the most unique fried carrot cakes in Singapore by adding curry powder and lots of shrimps to the dish. People will either like or dislike the dish, depending on individual taste.

Sadly, I am not a fan of this special fried carrot cake. It was very awkward tasting and the ingredients did not mix very well. I applauded the uncle for adding so many shrimps in my takeaway container. The fried carrot cake was also not too oily or salty. Therefore, I will recommend fried carrot cake fans to visit Song Han just to check out the unique taste of its fried carrot cakes.
