My opinion:

Taidong means "big China" or "big center" in Chinese. This Sims Vista hawker stall specializes in traditional Singapore Teochew duck products. When I approached the stall, I already knew something amiss. It was lunch peak hour period and there was no people patronizing their stall. Their signboard did not even list the prices of the food items.

For this food review, I decided to try out their braised duck rice for lunch. There was no marinated egg, peanuts and salted vegetables. Duck meat was slightly too tough on my mouth. Rice was extremely dry, rough and sticky. I had to throw away the rice after finishing just 20 percent of the food. The owners were also extremely unprofessional to dump the chili on the rice instead of putting it in a separate packet. Honestly, this was the worst duck rice I had in recent years.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more ingredients, check the duck meat, review the rice's preparation process and pack the chili separately from the food ingredients.
