My opinion:

This Tampines hawker stall specializes in traditional Singapore fried carrot cake. For this food review, I decided to try out their white fried carrot cake for breakfast. During my 7 minute wait, I noticed that the stall was endorsed by a famous Mediacorp actress. The food must be good, right? Wrong!

The fried carrot cake was bland and plain tasting. Chili had "no power" and did not add any bonus points to the food's flavor. Another big mistake that the uncle make was by frying large amount of ingredients at one go, making the carrot cake taste uneven. Later I found out that he was actually "pre-frying" for future customers. This unprofessional move would lead to further depreciation of food quality (carrot cake becoming cold and less crispy).

To sum up, the food here was cheap but average tasting. Unless you are a hardcore fried carrot cake fan living in Singapore east, I will strongly suggest you give this stall a miss.
