My opinion:

This stall sells traditional Singapore grass jelly and soya products. I have tried their lychee grass jelly for lunch. It was cold, healthy and refreshing. The lychee taste was more "powerful" than the grass jelly taste. Grass jelly was a bit soft and mild tasting. 

I did ask the female owner about the name of her stall. She told me quite suspiciously (and rudely) that her stall had no name and it was among the established stalls in the hawker centre. I was quite taken aback by her answers. If your business had no name, nobody would take you seriously. All established brands around the world had a name.

Since her stall is among the few that sells grass jelly and soya products in the food centre, I will only recommend her food items to people living near Tanjong Pagar. For dessert lovers living in other parts of Singapore, there are just too many good alternatives in our present locations.
