My opinion:

Cornerstone sells traditional Singapore curry rice and mixed vegetable rice. I have tried their rice meal for $3.00. For this review, I chose curry potatoes, fried egg and pork chop as my food items.

Curry potatoes were fragrant and not too rough or tough. Curry was a severe letdown as it was mildly salty and too salty. Egg was soft, well fried and had crispy edges. Pork chop was too dry and would taste better if the owners have added some sauce to it. Rice was well cooked but did not mix well with the curry.

To sum up, the food here was economical but had a few strong flaws that dragged down the stall's ratings. The owners are strongly advised to review the curry preparation process and ensure the "juiciness" of their meat chops. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Reduce the amount of salt in the curry's cooking process and prepare a flavorful sauce for the meat items.
