My opinion:

Chi Shuang Shuang means "getting satisfaction from eating" in Chinese. This Old Airport Road food stall sells traditional Singapore dim sum and simple fried food. For this food review, my mother and I have tried out their fried carrot cake sticks and fried durian balls.

The fried carrot cake sticks were cold, rough and not crispy enough. As we ate more of the food, the sticks had an overwhelming "recycled oil" taste (severe minus points).

It is almost the same story for the fried durian balls. They were cold and not chewy, crispy or crunchy enough. Durian paste was watery, devoid of durian goodness and did not mix well with the crust.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, ensure the crispiness and warmth of the food items. Second, add more durian ingredients into the paste's preparation process. Third, do not reuse the oil too many times.
