My opinion:

Qing means "celebration" in Chinese. For this review, I have tasted their black fried carrot cake for lunch.

There were decent amount of egg ingredients in my food portion. The owners were experienced enough not to use too much oil or sweet soy sauce in the carrot cake's cooking process. By adding slices of fresh spring onions, the food was very appetizing and delicious.

What prevented the stall from getting a rating higher than 90/100? Certain portions of the food were too salty. Did they add salt to their fried carrot cake? If the answer is "yes", my suggestion to the owners is to cut down on this unnecessary ingredient.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Find the root cause of the carrot cake's salty problems.
