My opinion:

My Genie Gourmet sells traditional Singapore dim sum, Chinese kuehs and curry puffs. For this food review, my mother and I have tasted their curry puff and gu cai kuehs.

Curry puff was addictive, delicious, filled with curry goodness and had crispy skin. Honestly, this was my first time eating their gu cai kueh and my experience was excellent. It was cute, flavorful but small. An adult would need at least 3 gu cai kuehs to satisfy his/her hunger for breakfast or night snack. Kueh skin was smooth and not too thick. We were also given 1 packet of chili and 1 packet of black sweet sauce for the food, which were obviously not enough for all the kuehs.

In conclusion, this stall served cheap and cute food at affordable prices to Dakota and Old Airport Road residents. We will strongly recommend this stall to dim sum lovers or people who have large families and need to stock up on breakfast items.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Give customers more packets of black sauce and chili.
