My opinion:

This place is one of a few stalls in Old Airport Road Food Centre and Shopping Mall to sell char siew rice. In 2017, Singaporeans can still enjoy a large plate of roasted delicacies for the bargain price of $3.00.

The auntie is friendly and always reward customers with huge portions of meat and rice. Their char siew is healthier and leaner than what her competitors sell but some people may find it too dry (adding gravy or sauce can solve this problem). Rice can be a bit sticky and soft at times. The gravy on top of the food is thick and delicious. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Check the rice ingredients and reduce the amount of water in its cooking process.
