My opinion:

This stall is very famous in Dakota and Old Airport Road for their fresh homemade dim sum. Strangely enough, the owners do not have time to give their beloved business a proper name. To differentiate this stall from other similar food business in Southeast Asia, I will add "Old Airport Road" in front of "Fresh Chee Cheong Fun".

For this food review, my mother and I have tasted 2 rolls of their shrimp chee cheong fun for around $4.00. In terms of price, it was $2.40 more expensive than similar products sold in Singapore. But we can reassure our blog readers it is 100 percent worth every penny.

The chee cheong fun was prepared, made and cooked right in front of us. This ensured the freshness and high quality of the food (major plus points). The lady owners gave us 3 shrimps per roll. As we tasted the food, it was almost like eating a dumpling or a wanton!

Chee cheong fun skin was silky smooth and melted with each bite (shiok). The food was so good that we did not even use much of the chili sauce. Their soy sauce was light, mixed flawlessly with the other food ingredients and made the food incredibly addictive.

In conclusion, the food here was delicious, heavenly and really made us craved for more chee cheong fun in the coming days. For Singapore foodies who adore chee cheong fun, dim sum and light snacks, this stall is a Singapore east food "diamond" and highly recommended by our website.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, they are strongly applauded for their service to local residents and are advised to continued their good work. We will visit them regularly to check for consistency. Second, think of a proper name for the stall. Third, carry out more promotional sales and earn more fans in the process.
