My opinion:

This Old Airport Road hawker stall specializes in traditional Singapore lor mee and surprisingly fail to master this dish. Customers get to choose the $3.00 small option (without fish meat) or the $4.00 big option (with fish meat) for their lor mee meals. For this food review, I decided to try the big option and would greatly regret this decision just 30 seconds into my meal.

There were only 2 pieces of fish meat, 3 pieces of pork, 7 pieces of wuxiang and moderate amount of noodles in my food portion! I paid $1.00 for 2 pieces of fish meat? To make matters worse, the fish meat was flaky, rough and did not mix well with the gravy. In fact, all the food items were bland, small sized and unable to provide much bonus points to the food's flavor.

The food's weakest point lied in the poorly prepared gravy. It had such a strong vinegar taste that it sting my eyes, nose and tongue. Honestly, I did not even finish 30 percent of the food.

In a nutshell, the food here was expensive, severely lacking in ingredients and was badly let down by the "undrinkable" gravy. Unless a fire or plague wipe out all the other Old Airport food stalls, I will never recommend their food to anybody.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, ask your relatives to taste the food. If their opinion is the same as mine, review the gravy's preparation process. Second, add more meat ingredients and reduce the amount of vinegar.
