My opinion:

Victor sells traditional Singapore Japanese food. I have tried their teriyaki chicken set for lunch. The owners were generous in giving out food ingredients. I was given 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of rice filled chicken meat (10 pieces), salad and seaweed.

Soup was flavorful and not too oily or salty. Customers could drink the soup as an alternative to unhealthy sweet syrup drinks. Rice was well cooked and had a thin layer of soy sauce on top of it. Chicken meat was addictive, crispy, juicy, tender and well marinated (major plus points). Salad was too few in portions and mild tasting to add any bonus points for the food. Seaweed was fragrant, tasty and really opened up my appetite (highly impressed).

In a nutshell, the food here was economical and gave me a blissful feeling. The owners are strongly encouraged to keep up their good work and iron out the minor flaws (such as adding more salad and sauce). I will highly recommend their food to all Japanese food fans living in Singapore east.
