My opinion:

Four Seasons Cheng Tng specializes in only one kind of dessert and that is cheng tng. Really lame right? The owners must be lazy or have no skill to do more desserts? Wrong! This is one of the best cheng tng I had in recent years (probably the best hawker centre cheng tng). They are from Clementi 448 hawker centre and has now opened a branch stall in Marine Parade Central.

As many of my blog readers know I am very fussy and often nit pick on small errors. I really could not find any significant error. The owners had great skill to make the desserts refreshing but not too sweet. Some of their rivals cut costs by "watering down" the soup which I was very happy they did not do (if the owners ever do that, they will really "slap flies" during peak hours).

There were generous amount ingredients in my food portion such as barley, fungus, longans, lotus roots, persimmons, sago and winter melon. Each of their cold or hot cheng tng cost around $2.00 (a real bargain considering the amount of ingredients and no takeaway costs). I highly recommend their cheng tng if you ever travel to Clementi or Marine Parade.
