My opinion:

Jefri sells traditional Singapore chicken rice, mee goreng, nasi goreng and Muslim food. This stall has the second longest queue in Bedok Interchange Food Centre. Long queue means good food, right? I am very happy to say Jefri is a Bedok food "diamond".

For this food review, I have tried their unique Botak Muslim chicken rice for lunch. You may not believe what I am going to say. I have provided a photograph below as evidence. Actually I am really dumbfounded by the generosity of the owners. I was given 5 big, juicy and tender chicken pieces with silky smooth skin. Yes, you heard it right, this chicken meat was not the rock hard stones you often get at typical chicken rice stalls.

Rice was well cooked but lacked chicken fragrance (which I could forgive because they were not selling Hainanese chicken rice). Their chili was sticky and sweet. It was similar to Chinese dim sum chili but different from the wet garlic chili used by Chinese chicken rice stalls.
