My opinion:

Quan Ji is one of many new stalls setting up business in the renovated Bedok Interchange Food Centre and the owners specialize in traditional Singapore Teochew noodles. For this food review, I have tried their fishball and minced meat noodles for $3.00.

Honestly, they should just call it minced meat noodles because there was only one fishball in my takeaway packet. Besides the lone fishball, there were also one meatball, some fishcake slices, minced meat and moderate amount of noodles.

Mee pok was slightly rough and sticky. There was no noodle or tomato sauce, resulting in the food being too bland and dry. Their red chili was also not hot or spicy enough to add any last minute bonus points to the food's flavor.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more ingredients, create a noodle sauce and make the chili spicier.
