My opinion:

This Fengshan hawker stall sells traditional Singapore fried cuisine including fried carrot cake, fried hokkien noodles, fried kway teow, fried mee goreng and fried oyster omelette. For this food review, I have tried their fried kway teow for $3.00.

The food was nicely fried and had a mild vinger taste (be warned: some people may not appreciate this type of fried kway teow). The oysters were delicious but smaller than those used in most Singapore kway teow stalls.

Bean sprouts were too soft and not crunchy enough. The owner even added a small prawn to the food. Due to this excellent experience, I will visit this stall again to try out their fried carrot cake and fried oyster omelette.
