My opinion:

Liang means "excellent", "good" or "kindness" in Chinese. This stall sells traditional Singapore fish soup and seafood. For this food review, I have tried their $4.00 fried fish soup for dinner.

There were 6 pieces of fried fish, 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of rice in my food portion. Fried fish were huge sized, tasty and well fried. Although the soup had a strong fish taste, it was a bit too oily and had no veggie fragrance or taste. Rice was warm, well cooked and gave me a blissful feeling of home.

In conclusion, the fried fish pieces were delicious but the average tasting soup pulled down the food's overall rating. Therefore, the owners are strongly advised to review the fish soup preparation and production processes. If you are a hardcore fish soup fan who lives in Singapore east, Liang's food products are recommended by my website.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Check the ingredients, methods and time in cooking the soup.
