My opinion:

Ah Ngoh sells traditonal Singapore dumpling noodles, chicken feet noodles and wanton noodles. I have tried their $2.50 wanton noodles for breakfast.

There were 2 fried wantons, 2 steamed wantons, 8 slices of char siew and moderate amount of noodles in my takeaway packet. Fried wantons were crispy but lacked meat ingredients. Steamed wantons were average tasting, small sized and had flaky skin. I did not find any comfort in their char siew meat as it was too dry, lean and rough.

Noodles were well cooked and did not suffer from dryness or sticky issues. Sauce was not flavorful or thick enough for noodle meals. Red chili was also too "weak" to add any last minute bonus points to the food. I will advise my blog readers to visit neighboring Old Airport Road Food Centre (Block 51) for better quality noodles.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more meat ingredients for fried wantons and make the sauce thicker.
