My opinion:

The signboard of the stall can be misleading because they only offer only one kind of cooked food and that is fried carrot cake. Customers can choose between $2.00, $2.50 and $3.00 for their carrot cake meals. I usually ask for the $2.50 portion for takeaway and are always rewarded with a good amount of ingredients.

Their fried carrot cake is not too oily and well fried. Egg ingredients are also not too little. The owners pay attention to details and will often ask customers whether they want chili and the amount required. This is good service. Most Singaporean hawkers just ask whether you want chili and that's it. In conclusion, I will recommend Ming Ji to all fried carrot cake fans living in Singapore east.
