Will I come back in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

Lao Chen Guo Dang sells traditional Singapore fried carrot cake, rice dumplings and yam cake. Customers get to choose the $2.00 small option or the $2.50 big option for their fried carrot cakes. My mother and I have tried the big option for breakfast.

There were huge amount of egg and kueh ingredients in my takeaway packet. Sadly, the good points end here. The kuehs were too moist, soggy and sticky. I had to admit that this was the worst Bedok fried carrot cake that I ever tasted. In the end, the food quality was so bad that my mother refused to help me finish me the food.

Therefore, we will advise our blog readers to visit other fried carrot cake alternatives in the same hawker centre.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Reduce the amount of water in the kueh's production process and fried the food for a longer duration.
