My opinion:

Western Avenue is the only stall in Fengshan 85 Market and Food Centre to sell Western food (monopoly). You can get the usual chicken cutlet rice, chicken chops, lamb chops and pork chops here. I have tried their signature chicken chop for $5.80.

The owners were generous in giving out french fries. The fries were crispy and hot (a major plus point). The chicken chop was very juicy and tender. As I ate the meat, the juice and oil kept flowing out. It was quite a wonderful feeling. I did have a major complaint over the meat sauce which was tasteless and watery. If the owners can make the meat sauce thicker, they may get a rating higher than 90/100.
