My opinion:
Feng Sheng means "abundance" in Chinese. This Fengshan hawker stall sells traditional Singapore fish soup, seafood and yong tau foo. For this food review, I have tried their sliced fish soup with rice for $4.00.
There were 11 fish slices, 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of rice in my food portion. Although the fish slices were delicious, fresh and succulent, they were small sized and broke apart too easily. Soup was flavorful and had a mild seafood flavor. Rice was well cooked and did not have any dryness, roughness or sticky issues.
In conclusion, the food here was cheap, plentiful and had a few minor problems that prevented this stall from greatness. If you are a fish soup fan living in Singapore east, Feng Sheng should be able to satisfy both your hunger and craving for seafood.
