My opinion:

Shin Shun Lee means "new success" in Chinese. The owners sell traditional Singapore chicken rice and roasted delicacies. I have tried their white cut chicken rice for $2.50. There were 9 pieces of chicken meat, ah zha and moderate amount of rice in my takeaway packet.

Chicken rice was oily and had a coat of soy sauce on top of it, which "destroyed" the fragrance of chicken rice. The pieces of chicken meat were soft and tender but incredibly salty.

To sum up, I applauded the owners for giving generous amounts of ingredients but this was one of the most unhealthy chicken rice I had for a while. If any of my blog readers want to try out their food, be sure to equip yourself with a cup of beverage first.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Review the chicken rice's preparation and production process.
