My opinion:

Guo Tiao Di sells traditional Singapore Chinese noodles. My mother and I have tried their fishball noodles for $3.00. The owners are generous in giving out food ingredients. There were 4 fishballs, 4 fish cakes and moderate amount of noodles in our takeaway packet. Fishballs were big, fresh and juicy. Fishcakes were delicious and had crispy edges.

The noodles were the food's Achilles' heel. Thet were dry, rough, tasteless and devoid of any sauce. My mother had to add tomato sauce in order to finish the food.

In conclusion, the food here was economical, plentiful but suffer from dryness problems.

 Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

 The owners are advised to use a new kind of noodles and add more sauce to the food.
