My opinion:

This stall offers customers the options to add lemon or sour plum in the sugar cane juice for only $0.20. I have never tasted that before so I decided to add sour plum instead. The result was not good.

The owners added too much ice in the drink resulting in a very diluted taste at the top of the cup. At the bottom of the cup, it was a different story as the sour plum taste totally "destroyed" the sugar cane taste. The taste was very uneven.

After finishing the whole drink, I was left wondering what the hell did I just drink.  If you really have to visit this stall, I strongly suggest you avoid their sugar cane juice or add any stuff to your drinks.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Reduce the amount of ice cubes in the cold beverages and avoid adding unnecessary ingredients into sugar cane juice.
