My opinion:

Xiang Xiang means "fragrance" in Chinese. This stall specializes in traditional Singapore chwee kuehs. For this food review, my mother and I have tried 6 of their chwee kuehs for $1.80 ($0.30 each).

Cai pok was awkward tasting, chewy and sweet. We preferred our cai pok to be mildly salty. Their chwee kuehs were also rough, uneven and among the least oily in the Bedok region.

In a nutshell, the food here was cheap but average tasting. Since this is the only stall in the surrounding area that sells chwee kuehs (monopoly), we will only recommend their food to local residents.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Review the cai pok's preparation and production process.
