My opinion:

Yong seng means "forever successful" in Chinese. This hawker stall sells traditional Singapore beverages. For this review, I have tasted their signature sugar cane juice for $1.50.

The sugar canes were juiced in front of me, ensuring the freshness of the drink. Cup size was big and had only 5 small ice cubes to keep the juice cool (not "watered down"). The taste was addictive, cool, rejuvenating and filled with sugar cane goodness. My tongue did not detect any artificial sweet syrup or awkward dull tastes.

In conclusion, their sugar cane juice was economical, healthy and value for money. If you intend to have your meals at Bugis, Jalan Besar or Lavender, Yong Seng is highly recommended by my website.
