My opinion:

This New Market Road hawker stall sells traditional Singapore beverages including coffee and tea. For this review, I have tasted their sugar cane juice for tea break.

The beverage was poured out from a metal container instead of being juiced in front of me (minus point). It was given to me in a big glass cup and had few ice cubes to keep the drink cool (not "watered down"). In terms of taste, it was rejuvenating, sweet, filled with sugar cane goodness and should last a single meal (about 3 minutes). Therefore, I will recommend this stall to my blog readers who are living in the Chinatown area. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Juice the sugar canes only after the customers have placed their orders. The nutritional value of sugar cane juice will depreciate with time.
