My opinion:

Tan Beng sells traditional Singapore nasi lemak and otah. I have tried 2 of their fish otahs for $2.00. The otahs were delicious, fresh, moderate sized and had an addictive fish taste (different from pungent taste and plus point for not saving up on ingredients).

I also noticed there were areas that are "chao tah" (over grilled). To sum up, I will only recommend their food to people living near Marine Parade, Mountbatten and Old Airport Road as there are too many good otah alternatives throughout Singapore.
